So I really like going to BK, but honestly today, I don't mind if someone barely understands the language, absolutely not having them at the drive-in when it's busy! Sure he has to learn, but if there are problems with a simple order, then you should briefly change positions! Then there was also what oxh wanted, it would only be available from tomorrow, which is not true, there is already from 19.1 in the coupons so, which is not bad in itself, you can have a delay pder whatever. But if the employee (someone else) interrupts me and says no, the coupons are only valid on January 19th and the burger only from tomorrow, but I have the coupons in front of me, I'm annoyed, then he should simply say it will We're sorry, we unfortunately had a delay in delivery or whatever the problem, and don't try to tell me what is in the coupons if you're not properly informed, and should rather be rude to the young man help who was obviously a little overwhelmed.

After we alerted the staff to a missing burger, we were insulted and accused of lying. The situation could only be clarified when the shift manager came out (who initially blamed us). We then got the burger that the staff had forgotten about, but with no apology or anything like that, only a measly bag of french fries. Conclusion: Never again Burger King Pirmasens, especially when certain young blonde women are working on the drive. Rarely seen anything so unfriendly, not even to say anti-social behavior towards customers.

Eat as usual, * deduction long waiting time for the drive currently.

The young lady with the stupid hair and blue eyes (someone called Mara) is probably the friendliest and most loving Herzblut Burger King employee who has ever served me. She prepares her food with so much heart and when I get it at the counter, I always meet her friendly and with a lot of humor. So the food tastes twice as good. Thanks :)

As with Burger King, burgers & Co. are always OK. Unfortunately the counter “service” left a lot to be desired. Once again, not getting the ordered amount of food in the bag when ordering "to take away". Sorry, 1x is OK, but not more than once. I've been in control since then.

So far, the service has always been friendly on every visit, even when it was hectic in the kitchen. So far, I've only had freshly made burgers and no cardboard shoe soles.

Corona rules are observed, the plexiglass pane on the service counter is wavy, so you can no longer read the menu correctly, that's not good. Only one toilet usable, but at least it was clean.

Was there today to get a little something to take away, you are received directly at the door with the request to enter the contact details for Corona, of course with a face mask ... when I was waiting at one of the tables for the order came A man came in without a mask and sat at one of the tables. Unfortunately, the cash register system has crashed repeatedly recently, which means that orders are no longer possible. It's actually a shame to have a good Burger King as we know it.

For some time now, I've been getting the wrong sauces again and again, although I clearly state in German that I want mayonnaise instead of ketchup and that this is repeatedly ignored! Every time after my order I have to check my order for correctness in the BurgerKing parking lot! Which is very sad! And today, despite a specific request from an Aktionburger, I got the wrong one in the bag! BurgerKing Pirmasens should urgently be trained to pay attention! It can happen that you get something wrong. But not every time!

The staff made a rather unmotivated impression. I have had to complain about orders quite often lately because they were incomplete. The taste is somehow not what it used to be.

Be ready to sign in when coming for dinner. Nice to know we can be contacted if there is a problem. Food was very good, fresh made to order.

In contrast to the competition on the other side of Zweibrücker Straße, there was never anything wrong here, at least with my previous orders. I also prefer the promotions and the burgers. Free WiFi, good parking.

Guest room totally dirty. Tables sticky and not wiped for hours. Tablet stand overflowed. Hardly any guests in there, but the staff makes no effort to bring the shop up to scratch. We don't go there anymore.

Decent as a burger King Should be. Not a particular attractive place nor special employees. Good is ok. Place is clean but a bit small.

Julia Bühl is so friendly and helpful and overall makes the restaurant a better place

On average experience at Burger King nobody wasn't bad and I got what I wanted
